Protection Tools and Features
Deposit Limit
You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit at any time. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. A waiting period applies before a limit can be increased — protecting you from impulsive decisions. The minimum deposit is ৳100 and you can use bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
Time-Out
Taking a break now and then is a good idea. At 7u711, you can temporarily suspend your account for a set period — from 24 hours up to several weeks. During this time you cannot play any games or make a deposit, but your account and balance remain completely safe.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is getting beyond your control, self-exclusion is an effective step. Once activated, your account will be closed for an extended period. No promotional emails will be sent during the exclusion period. Contact us via live chat and we will activate it right away.
Session Timer
Playing for a long stretch can sometimes cause you to lose track of time. The session timer sends you a reminder to take a break after a set period. Build a balanced gaming schedule for yourself and make time for family.
Gaming History
You can log in to your account at any time to view your complete gaming history and all deposit and withdrawal records. Staying aware of your spending patterns is an important part of responsible gaming.
24/7 Support
Whenever you need help, our Bengali-speaking support team is always ready. Reach us via live chat or email us at [email protected]. We are always happy to assist with any questions about responsible gaming.
Recognise the Warning Signs

6 Tips for Safe Gaming
Set a budget first
Before every gaming session, decide on a fixed budget. Once that budget is used up, end the session — win or lose.
Stick to a time limit
Before you start gaming, decide how long you will play. Take regular breaks and spend time with family.
Accept losses as normal
Winning and losing are both a natural part of gaming. Avoid the temptation to place larger bets to chase money you have lost.
Do not play while drinking or under emotional stress
It is better not to game when you are stressed, upset, or emotional. Play with a clear mind and sound judgment.
Do not treat gaming as a source of income
Online gaming is a form of entertainment — not a solution to financial problems. Do not rely on gaming as a regular source of income.
Be open with the people you care about
Be honest with family and friends about your gaming. Their support will help you maintain balanced gaming habits.
Self-Exclusion Process
Self-exclusion is a strong protective step. If you feel gaming is having a negative impact on your life, follow the steps below to activate self-exclusion.
Contact via Live Chat
Request self-exclusion through our 24/7 live chat support at any time. Our trained team will assist you with empathy.
Choose a Duration
Let us know how long you would like your account to remain closed. Options range from short-term to permanent exclusion.
Effective Immediately
As soon as your request is confirmed, your account will be suspended. No promotional messages will be sent during the exclusion period.
Balance Protected
Any funds in your account remain safe. Withdrawal can be arranged once the period ends or through the support team.
